How we ship your Medmaximus order — and how returns and refunds work.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. You'll receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase, and a follow-up notification with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

U.S. Shipping

  • 1-bottle orders: $9.99 flat-rate shipping within the United States
  • 3-bottle orders: FREE U.S. shipping
  • 6-bottle orders: FREE U.S. shipping

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote addresses, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

We do ship outside the United States. For international orders, additional shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 10–21 business days.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our team at orders@medmaximus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with simple return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received (or your request is verified through ClickBank), your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates that your order has been lost in transit, please contact our team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can usually make changes if the package hasn't yet shipped. Once a package has dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our team. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but it is still fully covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee.
